AGE VERIFICATION

• 1.5 oz Mezcal MG®
• 5 gr or 1 cardamom barspoon
• Top Tonic water

• Lemon slice
• Sprig of rosemary

Havana or ball glass is filled with ice, once chilled, the the ice is removed, and the glass is smoked with the rosemary sprig. Ice is added again. Mezcal Gin is poured and mixed in the glass with the cardamom. We fill the glass with tonic water and garnish with the lime slice and rosemary sprig.

• 45 ml Mezcal MG®
• 30 ml Señor Maguey®
• 30 ml Lime juice
• 8 mint leaves
• 3 cucumber slices
• Top Tonic water

• Cucumber slice
• Mint sprig

Cucumber slices, mint leaves and lime juice are added into a shaker. Once macerated, ice, Mezcal MG® and Señor Maguey® are added, we close and shake well. We strain and serve in a Havana or ball glass with plenty of ice, fill with tonic water and garnish with a cucumber slice and a mint sprig.

• 45 ml Mezcal MG®

• 30 ml of hibiscus concentrate
• 1 egg white
• 30 ml lime juice
• 30 ml orange juice

• Hibiscus flower

The egg white, Mezcal MG®, Señor Maguey®, hibiscus concentrate, orange and lime juice are poured into the shaker and mixed together without ice to give it a more homogenic texture. Ice is added to chill our cocktail and mixed again. We pour the mixture into an old fashioned glass with ice and garnish with an hibiscus flower.

• 30 ml de Vermouth Bianco
• 3 green olives or 2 green grapes

• 3 green olives
• 2 green grapes

Mezcal MG® and Vermouth are poured into a mixing glass with ice. We mix them with the stirred technique, serve our mixture in a chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 olives or 2 green grapes on a stick.
